All floor slip resistance testing is done by Blair Pruitt,  whose experience as a building inspector spans several years.  His portfolio of inspected buildings totals more than 30 million square feet of space.  The properties inspected include buildings with industrial, office, warehouse, laboratory, retail, multi-family, hospitality, and institutional uses.  Every era from new construction to centrury-old, and registered historic buildings is represented.
